eManifest
The eManifest module — called the Border Desk inside the product — is where a dispatcher gets a truck legally across the Canada/US border: it assembles every fact customs demands for a crossing, scores how ready that crossing is, prints the barcoded paper the driver carries, emails the customs broker their package, and runs a countdown clock so nobody arrives at the booth without an accepted filing.

Documents
Documents is the filing cabinet for every piece of paper a load generates — the rate confirmation, the bill of lading, the signed delivery receipt, the customs papers, the fuel and lumper receipts — filed automatically under the right load, stamped with who sent it and how, checked against what that load is legally required to carry, and chased up when something is missing.

Compliance, IFTA & Safety
This is where a carrier proves it is legal to be on the road — how many hours each driver has left, which licences and medicals are about to expire, what happened in every crash, and the quarterly fuel-tax return that has to be filed with the province or state that issued the plates.
