What is happening, and what happened?

The Dashboard is the screen a freight company opens first every morning — it pulls together, on one page, how many trucks are rolling, how much money has come in and how much is still owed, which drivers are close to running out of legal driving hours, which licences and insurance policies are about to expire, and which delivered jobs have never been billed or are missing the paperwork that gets them paid.

Messages is the one place where every text, WhatsApp and email between your office and a driver, customer or broker lives as a running conversation — so nobody has to ask "did anyone reply to him?" ever again.

Analytics turns the freight you already booked, billed, paid for and fuelled into seven boards of business numbers — what you earned, what you kept, whether you delivered on time, who owes you money, and where your fuel tax is heading — and every number on those boards states out loud how much of your business it was actually able to measure.

Reports is where you pull the paperwork and the numbers out of the business — twenty-one ready-made registers you can run and download, four "everything about one truck / driver / trailer / customer" pages, and a build-your-own report tool that answers a plain-English question without ever inventing a number.

Activity is the tamper-evident diary of the whole company — one scrolling, filterable, exportable list of every record anyone created, changed, deleted or was refused permission to touch, written automatically by the database itself so nobody has to remember to log anything and nobody can quietly erase it afterwards.
