Analytics

Analytics turns the freight you already booked, billed, paid for and fuelled into seven boards of business numbers — what you earned, what you kept, whether you delivered on time, who owes you money, and where your fuel tax is heading — and every number on those boards states out loud how much of your business it was actually able to measure.

Every CSV export writes an audit line

The user sees a file appear in their downloads folder. What also happens, after the download has already started, is a lookup of the signed-in user's identity and an insert into reading, for example, "Alex Laxman exported CSV: Revenue data

AUTO

Five of the seven browser-side data feeds are live

Loads, invoices, drivers, vehicles and customers each subscribe to database change notifications, so a load booked, an invoice paid or a truck put into maintenance while the page is open causes that feed to refetch and every dependent chart

AUTO

The address bar is rewritten on every tab and window change

Selecting a tab or a date range silently replaces the browser address with — replaced, not pushed, so toggling tabs does not fill the Back button with history. Defaults are omitted from the address.

AUTO

Date filters are quantised to the minute before they reach the server

Each of the four server-call services floors the cut-off timestamp to the nearest minute before using it. This is invisible to the reader and changes no answer a human could perceive, but it is what stops a runaway loop of requests when a c

Be told when a number cannot be produced
In "All Companies" mode an amber banner reads "Pick a single company to see money metrics", gives the reason, and adds that load counts still cover every company. The Fuel tab shows its own version of the same refusal. ·
02
See a locked tile instead of a blank one
A user without the money permission sees the tile's name and a padlock reading "Restricted", with a tooltip saying it is restricted to Admin and Accounting — rather than an empty space that reads as missing data.
03
See today's trading
Today's Snapshot: Orders Created today, Delivered today, and today's Revenue — counted against the calendar day, independent of the selected window. ·
04
Rank your busiest lanes
Top 10 Lanes table: lane, load count, revenue, average rate — ordered by load count, not by money. ·
05
Export the revenue dataset
Downloads with Probill, Load #, Customer, Origin, Destination, Rate, Status and Pickup for every load in the window. A load with no rate yet exports blank, not zero, so a spreadsheet cannot average an unquoted load as a free move. The download is written to th
06
Track margin over time
Margin Trend: revenue, cost and margin plotted by month on one chart.
07
See per-load profit
Load Profitability: the top 50 loads by revenue with Load #, Customer, Revenue, Cost, Margin and Margin %. A load with no captured cost prints "—" in all three money columns.
08
Export the profitability dataset
Downloads. Uncosted loads export blank cost and margin so a spreadsheet cannot average them as 100% margin. Written to the activity log.
