Integrations
What is actually connected.
A short list, published honestly, rather than a long one padded with logos of companies we have never exchanged a request with. An integration appears here the day it is connected — not the day somebody put it on a roadmap.
Connected today.
10 services. Each entry says what it does and where it stops.
CONNECTED · Accounting
QuickBooks Online
Pushes customer invoices and partner-carrier bills into your own QuickBooks, in Canadian and US dollars, through a dedicated sync centre with an error queue and one-click retry.
Where it stops: It is one-way, from Lanexa into QuickBooks. It does not pull your existing books back the other way.
CONNECTED · Telematics
Samsara
Live truck position by scheduled polling, plus pushed events when a truck crosses a geofence or reaches a stop.
Where it stops: Requires your own Samsara API key. Other telematics providers are not connected yet.
CONNECTED · Mileage
PC*MILER
Truck-legal mileage between stops, which is the industry standard basis for rating and for fuel-tax filing.
Where it stops: A paid per-truck licence you hold, and a real cost line that scales with fleet size.
CONNECTED · Messaging
Twilio
SMS and WhatsApp to drivers, customers and partners, with replies coming back into the same threaded inbox. Voice for the highest-urgency alerts.
Where it stops: Requires your own Twilio account and number.
CONNECTED · Email
Resend and SendGrid
Outbound email for invoices, quotes and document requests, sent from your own company domain.
Where it stops: Inbound email ingestion into the inbox is not built yet.
CONNECTED · Border
CBSA and CBP wait times
Live border wait times from both agencies, read directly and shown inside the load rather than in another browser tab.
Where it stops: Wait times only. Neither agency is a filing channel here.
CONNECTED · Fuel
US EIA diesel index
The published weekly on-highway diesel price that fuel surcharges are calculated from, so the surcharge traces to an official figure on a specific date.
Where it stops: Nothing to configure — it is read for you.
CONNECTED · Weather
Environment Canada, NWS and MET Norway
Weather and hazard alerts along the route, from the national services on both sides of the border.
Where it stops: Advisory only. It does not re-route a truck for you.
CONNECTED · Protection
Cloudflare Turnstile
Bot protection on every page reachable without logging in — tracking, shared documents, shared quotes and document-upload links.
Where it stops: Not a customer-facing feature; it is there so the public pages can exist safely.
CONNECTED · Access
Single sign-on
Sign in with your existing identity provider rather than another password.
Where it stops: Requires registration per environment with your provider.
Built, not switched on.
This is the state most vendors would simply list as an integration. It is not one yet, so it says so.
BEING BUILT · Border filing
BorderConnect
The channel that would carry finished customs filings from Lanexa to CBSA and CBP electronically. Built and readiness-checked, with credentials and carrier code stored.
Where it stops: It is not switched on. No filing is transmitted through it today — finished filings still travel via your broker or portal.
Why the list is short.
Because most of what Lanexa does, it does itself. The border filing, the ledger, driver settlement and fuel tax are inside the product rather than integrations to something else — which is the reason there is less to connect than you might expect, and the reason the things that would normally sit between systems do not need to.
