Who we serve / Drivers
The one who has to actually use it

There is no app for your drivers to install.

Every driver-facing tool asks for one more login, one more install, one more thing to go wrong at five in the morning in a yard with no signal. Lanexa asks for none of that, which is usually the objection an owner raises first.

01
Another app nobody opens
Installed once during onboarding, never opened again, and quietly the source of every process that then fails.
02
Paperwork chased for weeks
The proof of delivery is on a phone. Getting it filed is a series of texts and somebody re-uploading it by hand.
03
Instructions in four places
A text, a call, a photo of a rate confirmation and a note taped to the dash.
04
No signal, no system
The moment connectivity drops, a browser-based tool usually stops being useful at all.
WHERE THEY ARE

Reached on the channel they already read

SMS, WhatsApp and email — no install, no login, and every message anchored to the load it belongs to rather than lost in a group chat.

TAP, PHOTO

A missing document takes one link

Dispatch sends a request; the driver photographs it from their phone; it lands classified and filed on the right load. No account required.

OFFLINE

It keeps working without signal

Work captured in a dead zone syncs when the connection returns, rather than being lost or blocked.

Can reachTheir own loads, the documents attached to them, and their messages.
Cannot reachRates, margin, other drivers' pay and anything belonging to another company. The Driver role is deliberately narrow.

Permission is a property of the person in that company, not of the person — so the same individual can hold a different role in each company they work in. How that works.
