Who we serve / Owner-operators
One truck, no back officeThe paperwork shouldn't be waiting for you after a full day of driving.
A real system instead of a shoebox and a spreadsheet — and for a single truck, a free one. Lanexa Solo is on the way for exactly this.
What usually goes wrong.
01
The office happens at night
After driving. Which is when mistakes get made and invoices do not get sent.
02
IFTA is genuinely frightening
Reconstructed quarterly from a bag of receipts and a mileage figure you are not confident defending.
03
Getting paid takes chasing
The invoice goes out late because the paperwork was not together, and then it ages.
04
Software is priced for fleets
Per-truck pricing on one truck is all overhead and no leverage.
What answers it.
Every item below is live in production today.
SNAP
A fuel receipt files itself
Photograph it and it is classified and filed against the right load, waiting for you at quarter-end instead of in a bag.
LITRES
IFTA in the units you actually buy in
Per-litre Canadian rates and a four-source mileage engine, so the quarterly filing is assembled rather than reconstructed.
FREE
Solo is free when it lands
Loads, documents and invoicing for a single-truck operation, without a subscription. Tell us you want it and you are first in.
The modules you would live in.
201 capabilities across these modules are live today.
Loads
This is the book of every shipment the company has agreed to haul — you write the job down here when a customer books it, you put a driver and truck on it, you watch it move from pickup to delivery, and the moment it delivers the system turns it into an invoice.

Documents
Documents is the filing cabinet for every piece of paper a load generates — the rate confirmation, the bill of lading, the signed delivery receipt, the customs papers, the fuel and lumper receipts — filed automatically under the right load, stamped with who sent it and how, checked against what that load is legally required to carry, and chased up when something is missing.

Billing
Billing is where a delivered load turns into a bill the customer actually receives, and where the company watches, chases, corrects and banks the money that comes back.

Compliance, IFTA & Safety
This is where a carrier proves it is legal to be on the road — how many hours each driver has left, which licences and medicals are about to expire, what happened in every crash, and the quarterly fuel-tax return that has to be filed with the province or state that issued the plates.

Fleet
Fleet is the one register of every truck, trailer and yard the company owns — what each unit is, where it is sitting right now, whether its plates, insurance and safety papers are still valid, and how hard it has been working.
