Be stopped from booking an over-extended customer
Pick a customer; a live credit line shows available credit, limit, open AR and utilisation. If they are ON HOLD the save is refused,

Auto-derive the border control number
Nothing — for a southbound load the SCN is derived from your SCAC plus the probill; northbound, the CCN from your CBSA carrier code plus the probill. Filled once, visibly, only into an empty field

Produce a Proof of Delivery
Download POD — blocked before the load reaches delivery, and the menu label says so,

Book a load in seconds
Press New Load, type an origin city and a destination city, press Create. Everything else is optional — the load number auto-generates and a blank pickup date defaults to today 08:00,

Be warned about a re-sent tender
Nothing — on AI import, a same-customer same-load-number match warns immediately; on manual save, a same customer + same origin + same destination + pickup within one day, or an overlapping PO number, shows an amber "this may be a duplicate" panel listing up t

Get distance and a route without typing it
Nothing — on save, missing coordinates are geocoded from city + province and a road route is fetched, filling estimated miles only if you left it blank,

Mark a truck-ordered-not-used
Mark as TONU — offered only on PENDING or DISPATCHED loads, and refused elsewhere by both the client guard and the database

Copy a load
Duplicate Load — clones the details, resets status to PENDING, clears driver, truck, manifest, allocations and farm-out, and reserves a fresh probill

Publishing this is the point. Loads ships 44 capabilities today; these 5 are not built yet, and you should know that before a sales call rather than after one.
