A live sync, not a file export.
Pushes customer invoices and partner-carrier bills into your own QuickBooks, in Canadian and US dollars, through a dedicated sync centre with an error queue and one-click retry.
Most transportation software hands your accountant a CSV. Lanexa pushes the actual records — customer invoices and partner-carrier bills — into your own QuickBooks Online, and does it carefully: the sync first reads what QuickBooks already holds, including customers, tax codes and existing invoice numbers, so it updates rather than duplicates.
Because Lanexa also runs its own double-entry ledger, you end up with accounting-grade numbers inside the TMS and the same figures inside the package your bookkeeper already works in. That is deliberate. This is meant to remove the re-typing between the two, not to remove the accountant.
It has its own sync centre rather than a checkbox buried in settings, because a sync that can fail needs somewhere to show you what failed. Errors queue with a reason and a one-click retry, and a reconciliation count tells you how many records made it across.
You approve it on Intuit’s own screen
Lanexa never handles your QuickBooks password. The connection is authorised through Intuit directly.
Both currencies
Invoices carry their own currency, with the exchange rate the entry needs rather than a silent conversion.
Nothing is lost
Invoices remain complete in Lanexa and the sync catches up later. An outage at Intuit does not stop you billing.
Where it stops.
It is one-way, from Lanexa into QuickBooks. It does not pull your existing books back the other way.
